I have been teaching now for a little while and i have realised that one thing that we are not good at is sharing!
As a parent of a two year old, this is something that i am obviously trying to encourage, but upon reflection how good are we as adults. All the usual excuses come out, I am really busy etc. But really this Internet stuff makes life that little bit easier.
One site that is definitely worth either visiting or contributing to is www.ictcurric.org.uk this is the main section of a new movement (ICT teachers trying to up their game and work more collaboratively and smarter) The resources which include some excellent schemes of work can be found at moodle.ictcurric.org.uk and do not forget to follow them #ictcurric
The face of ICT is changing, in my view for the better there are some very inspiring colleagues out there that are looking for like minded people to create some fantastic stuff, why wouldn't we get involved?
